About this site

What this site is

One person plus AI, from idea to income. That is the whole subject: how a single developer builds a real product, ships it, and gets it to earn — without a team, a runway, or a round.

Most of the site is written in Chinese today, because that is where its readers are: indie developers and one-person companies in China. English coverage is being added gradually, starting with the topics that don't depend on which language you work in.

What you'll find here

  1. Case breakdowns — what someone actually built and what it actually earned, with a public source for every figure. No "$10k/month" screenshots.
  2. Starter templates — the stack, the shared config, and the traps, written so you can hand them to an AI coding agent and get a working project back.
  3. Tools — what we use and pay for, plus small tools we built ourselves and give away free. The site launch checker is the first one.

Three rules we hold ourselves to

  1. Every case cites a public source. No unverifiable income claims.
  2. Every technical write-up must be executable. Architecture, code and the traps — not "just use AI to build it".
  3. No overselling. Each case is scored on six axes, two of which exist specifically to flag crowded markets and demand that isn't really there.

How the English side is growing

We don't machine-translate the Chinese articles — a page that reads like a translation helps nobody. Instead, English pages are written directly in English when the topic carries across: outsourcing, tooling, and the tools themselves, which work on any site in any language. Whatever is published in English is listed on the English home page.

If you read Chinese, the full site has considerably more.
